My wife texted today me while I was at work to say that "my big fish died". Of course I start freaking out bc I have four tanks with different fish pairs(la ceiba Yellowheads, festae, RTMs, stalsbergi). After some back and forth ( and arguing over which fish it was and her not being able to tell me) I figured out that my male RTM killed his female ;(;(;(. They spawned a little over a month ago for me. Of course this is after I decided to sell my back up female RTM 
. Now I'm debating if I want to keep the male and find him a new female, or just grow out the fry and pick out a pair from the growouts? Either way sucks to end a week with a dead fish.
