Sad day for me... venting...

My female Jack dempsey jumped out of the temp tank last night.

I would have taken a pic, but she was too beat up to show. I put her in a different tank to do a substrate change and she hopped out. I didn't hear her cause she was in a far room, and my cat thought shed be a fun toy.

I should have put a top on!!!

I will miss her!!

sorry for your loss but when one dies that means you get to go find a new fish which is always fun if that makes u feel better

Thanks guys! I will find a new fish, it is fun fish shopping... I just wish I woulda paid more attention to the temp tank.

That sucks I had a Jack jump once. Not an EBJD but he sure was a great personality though.
