I came home from easter dinner, went down to my fish room to find horror!:cry:
My 16" mono and one of my 10" occelaris were on the floor dead as hell!:WHOA:
This friggin' sucks I loved that big mono he was my biggest and baddest of the five P's I owned. I did'nt weight down one of my lids:nilly:. Don't know what I was thinking.:confused: After losses like that it makes you wanna give up. I hate killin' fish
 
Very Sorry for your loss... that definitly hurts big time... but we have all made mistakes .. or we have been forgetful at times .. somethings just happen...:(
 
I am too, still just sick over it. That Mono was one of the best colored I have ever seen. He was really taming down too, he would eat from my hand without soaking me. Finally becoming a real pet. Oh Well...

sry to hear....im on my way to my tank now to but more weight on the top.
 
The lids on that tank won't come up now I promise you. The tem he was raised with is really acting crazy now, the two always hung pretty close they've been together since about 3". He was the boss though. Do you think fish have seperation anxiety? Hopefully she will settle down in a few days.
