Hey i woke up this morning and one of my fish were dead. I dont know why it died i left the light on till 2:30 in the mornin. maybe thats it?
anyways i dont know so can anyone tell me how it died and if i should get another fish........

ok i just started owning fish and my moms uptight about me owning fish so she wont let me get this 36 gallon tank so im stuck with my stupid 10 gallon for now. anyways it was a molly. and i dont know wut water perimeters

i just dont want a disease in my tank so my other fish dont die. so i just wanna know if its a "life" thing or if there was something wrong i did OR there is a disease in the tank. its kind of retarded

was it the only fish in your tank? how long has it been working?

no i have more fish in the tank and ive had him for like 2 months maybe. your gonna laugh but its a molly. i know haha......... ..i have a 10 gallon tank because im new to fish keeping and my moms been all uptight about it and wont let me get a nice little 36 gallon i saw. anyways it was a molly that i got actualy maybe 3 months ago. i dont care much about the fish i just want to know if theres a disease in the tank and my other ones will die.

what did it look like when you found it dead?

If your other fish are OK, then its not likely you have any disease in your tank, but closely examine the other fish for anything unusual, white spots, fungus , anything abnormal..

Before the fish past away, the tank looked exactly like this------------->

PLEASE DESCRIBE THE TANK SYSTEM....
1--->Number of fish
2--->types of fish
3--->Type of filter:
a)filters that hang on the back are called "Hang On Back" filters.
b)filers that sit under your tank and cylinder shape are called canisters.
c)a tube hat just blows bubbles is a sponge filter.
4--->How many times do you do water changes per week
5--->What type of food and many times a day do you feed the food

I apologize ahead of time if it seems I am blasting your head with questions....Yeah it is only a 10g, but you are a newbie....Like you, most of us started of with "dentist" fish setups.....You must understand the basics before moving onto bigger grounds, MONSTER GROUNDS......
