Sad Realization At My LFS

I traded a couple fish to my LFS a week ago for some Discus. I got rid of my 3"Firemouth, a 6"Texas and, a 8"Leoporinus. Mainly because my Arowana won't let them alone in the big tank. He just hit a foot long and so has his attitude. Yet, I digress.

So I walk into the LFS today and I'm like Wow! Look at these superior fish!!

Oh, thats right. They were mine and I traded them.

Worst part is, they were giving me, The Look of Guilt. (and it worked. damn them!)

Doesn't that suck? I traded my 10" pacu for 5$ credit. How sad is that? I went back and he was on sale for (drum roll please) $49.99. I was so angry. I took the manager aside and had it out with him. Long story short, I got another $30 credit. I also got the satisfaction of meeting his new owner, who put him in 1500gal pond. So I didn't make out too bad, but I know the look you're speaking of, he'd give it to me everytime he saw me. But his new home was bigger and better, so in the end I didn't feel too bad.
