In another thread I got some suggestions but I was wondering if anyone had any others. One of my Ocells picks on the other pretty hard.they are about 3 inches. I'm going to petsmart tonight to see what they got there. I just want something that won't harm them I've waited along time to get these lol

Small silver dollars, small parrot cichlid, a small oscar (becareful they grow faster than the bass do, but great dither though), clown loaches etc....

i was wondering the same thing. i am about to start a pbass growout tank in my 55 hopefully by summer. What do you guys think about about geophagus?

They are perfect!

Try getting the largest kind, so they won't get eaten in the future

I mixed Satanoperca Daemon with my little bass. :D

Silver dollars, silver arowanas that are a bit bigger than the bass, clown loaches, eels, plecos, geophagus, lots of stuff.

Geos work great. try and get em a little bigger to start than the bass. I have altifrons and jurapari in w/ my bass.

Well after driving all the way to petsmart they closed at 6 :(.... Thankfully my girlfriend convinced a discouraged me to try Walmart lol they has two silver dollars and a bunch of African chichlids. Hopefully this cures the aggression between the two Ocells.

I guess anything bigger than the bass will work. I even have a big goldfish in there with them before.

Yeah the African chiclids seem to have the same stride and attitude it's funny how my two Ocells havnt fought once its like they know they have to stick together! Lol oh well when there bigger they'll snack up the other chiclids lol
