Anyone know of safe brush on paints to use in aquariums, I know of Krylon sprays but due to extremely cold weather I cannot use. Are there other indoor alternatives??

Are you filling this tank with water? If so I dont think there is a paint that will stand uo to being under water constantly. Thet do sell a low temp paint for exterior use at sherwin williams

paint on the INSIDE of a tank is a baddddd idea. All the chemicals will leach slowly into the water, and the paint will not withstand being underwater 24/7. You shouls just paint the outside of the back.

I think the OP meant that he needs something that doesn't have to be used outdoors (like spray paints), not that he wants to paint the inside of his tank.

Is there any way you can use the Krylon. Just bundle up well and spray paint it, spray paint is fast. Once it's painted take it in to dry and put more coats on. Do you know anyone who has a shed or garage?

I wouldn't hassle with actually painting it on, spray paint or nothing for me. Hopefully someone can help though.
