I just set up my 180g tank and added 3 1.5" sevrums. Now while it is technically un-cycled, I did add two established hydrosponge v's filters and added established bio rings to my two AC110's. I want to put in a few more fish before this weekend. Would that be safe?

Sounds like you are off to the right start, but without knowing more about how mature your sponges and bio rings are, and how many bio rings you added, it will be a bit hit & miss as to how much of a bio load in live fish and food you can safely add at once. I would probably go for it, but I would probably grab some Seachem Stability and add that as well. A little added insurance could save you some hassle if you run into any hiccups. Feed sparingly for the first week or so. Good luck.

Sponges have been in my goldfish tank for 7 weeks along with the Bio rings. Bio rings are just the pack that comes with the ac110's.

If it were me, I wouldn't add any more fish for a couple months, testing every other day or so, to determine the cycles viability.
I agree with RD the seasoned filter media should be sufficient, although there "may" be some spikes here and there, and if so, a large water change to dilute could be called for. If after 2 months or so all is well, then adding properly "quarantined" fish should work.

I must be still half asleep 'cause when I first read, I thought you added thirty-one and a half sevrums and wondered where you got the half sevrum!!
If the media you were using from elsewhere was six months running I would not worry about what you added or are adding. But given it is only a few weeks established itself, maybe better to proceed cautiously. I don't know if you need to wait a full two months or not, but I would not be throwing $300 worth of fish in there all at once this week either.

I'll hold off a bit. It seems ok for now. I tested water again this morning. 0 ammonia. I think a 180g tank is a pretty big buffer and the fish are tiny. I can always pull some Biomedia out of my Canister filter on my Goldfish tank, I run a big Sunsun canister with all baskets full of bio media, that filter has been running for 2 years.
