ive been thinking about it but i believe i remember someone talking about feeding a larger puffer a crayfish. Well i can go down the street and collect some baby cray in a couple months. Do you think it would be safe to feed my 3 dwarf puffers a baby cray now and then after i quarentine it?

yes it's fine mate !
puffers love them and they also have the hardware to make small work of them that razor sharp beak they have cut's through crayfish like a hot knife in butter.
but yes you would need a small enough crayfish for a dwarf puffer becuase if you throw in a large one the tables will turn and the puffer will become lunch !
