Safe to put in monster tank?

So i was wondering if a kelberi peacock bass can be kept with fish such as arapaima,red tail catfish,giant gourami,alligator gar and ornate bichirs.I saw an 8’ x 4’ display tank filled with these fish in my lfs but none of them are above 10”.To my understanding kelberis dont get big like tems or mono.

Kelberis should get 16-20in if kept well. Need time too but most will get this size except temensis which can hit the 40in mark.
