Wouldnt risk it bro. Just take it to petsmart and you can a brand new heater. Thats what I did for the 4 steath heaters i had. 2 of them leaked

sorry man but i had two stealth heaters i tried to return they didnt tank em, i think they only take stealth pro but i would try to return anyways that thing is not safe
