safest food ?

i'm strictly feeding my FH only pellets, as i dont like to go tru the hassle of deworming them or deal with parasites.

so i would like to know any other food other then pellets is safe from worms and parasites?

I fed my guy strictly on pellets and freeze dried krill and still lost him to internal parasites at a year old. There's more than food that can cause an outbreak.
