Sailfin Pleco and ray?

Just read a post that a sailfin is ray safe? Any truth to this?

Wats ur foot print..?? Depends.. Put in lots of places for the Pleco to latch..
And wood for it to chew on.. Instead of the Rays back..

I wouldn't put any pleco or flagtail with my rays.

it is a risk depending on the size of the pleco and size of the ray because it may become a meal

sailfin pleco was a big problem for me; petty much scarred one of my rays. The problem started after being housed with the ray for a few months.

the only problem is the ray killing the pleco chewing on it... ive never had problems either so far...
