Sailfin Tang Mostly Blind

Does anyone have a good way to feed a blind tang? Let me just say, the sailfin tang was old when I got him and he has been losing his sight. He can see larger objects like my hand, but when it comes to food he can't see it very well or at all. I've tried hand feeding him, but he just tries to attack me with his barb. In addition, I've tried food on a stick and that hasn't worked either.

Is he taking veggies off clips?

I found garlic scented seaweed designed for pick eaters at my lfs. You probably could find it online too.

I have the seachem garlic solution to dip the food into, but he wont take it. My tangs have been given a variety of food since I've had them.

Try nori with supplement or living macroalgae, even better. Romaine lettuce is best avoided
