Sailfin Tang With Ich

I just got a new sailfin tang. Hes has been in the tank 3 days and has a massive amount of ich on him. None of the other fish have it or ever have (the tank has been set up for around a year). I have put medicne in and gave him a freshwater bath, but it hasnt helped at all. Please help, I do not want to lose him

Just grab a diatom filter and hookup to the tank, hopefully not to late....
