Sajica "gold side"

Is anyone keeping these? theres not alot of pictures or info so would like some imput from owners before getting them......
so does anyone have any info, i persume treat them the same as normal sajicas.
Any pictures of them?
also does anyone know if its collected from a different water so different colour and are they worth getting when i already have a normal sajica pair?
rapps used to have them and conkel has them as "24ct sajicas".......thanks dave

Oh man I wish, impossible to get in the states. I have asked 3 different fish stores.


There is a guy who has a breeding pair in germany on here. They are so hard to find, and so beautiful. I wish I could find some, I will have to wait until I can afford shipping from a distributer. I think fishfreak might have some as well, just pm him and ask. I think this is the thread I posted about trying to get info on them.

i have a breeding pair.... they get a little mean when they breed, love to dig, lock lips. beautiful fish. love the water to be around 84 degrees. like caves, plants, and low light.

you have a pair of gold sajicas? yeah i now how to keep sajicas i have breeding pair+some growouts, iam going to have a mixed species tank of sajica and thorichthys.mixteco blue hopefully

yea..i would love to see some gold sajicas..just bought a pair of the regular Sajicas about 2weeks ago..but havent found alot of information on here at all about them...

I know a fair bit on them,what do you want to know? i plan to get some more tomorro,just to put new blood into them and i get best pick out of them

Brought them in from Conkel and had them from Rapps.

I question whether Rapps got his from Conkel.

thats sucks to hear havey, did you complain? how did you find them, as in different to normal sajica?worth getting? i remeber you said there is 2 variants gold and blue?(i think)
