Sajicas or something else?

My lfs got these in recently. They are labeled as tbar cichlid but underneath the sign it also had another one which reads blue eyed cichlid. Can anyone tell me if they are indeed sajicas

Also if anyone wants to make a guess at the sex that would be awesome. They are pretty small at about 1.5 inches though

I've seen both trade names used for Sajica. I can't tell if that's Sajica from your photo. I'm think that female Sajica have gold rim around the outside of their dorsal fins. If you saw a group of them, you'd notice it.

Yeah it was difficult to tell since they were so young. I tried to look for the tell tale yellow fins but saw no yellow. However it did seem to have a bit more black in the dorsal fin. The LFS is holding them for me. I stopped by the LFS between jobs to check them out before i went back and got them this weekend.But the "blue eyed cichlid" sticker threw me off and a google search of that named produced a different species. So I wanted to take it to the experts. There were 3 in there. The other 2 were hiding in the back and couldn't get a good picture.
