SAL with Bichirs?

Just wondering if I could do this safely? The SAL I want are only like 3-4 inches big right now. Very tiny.

im not shour but i would be carefull i have an african lung and he was fine with all the other fish but my burcher a day after i put him in the tank thay started fighting over taritory so he had to move i think that might be your biggest problum. but again im kinda new to them so it might be different with yours. o lol i just thought i would add he is in a tank with a 1" gold fish and there has been no attempt to eat it.

You should be okay with a SAL as long as you keep it well fed. They are MUCH less aggressive hunters that their brother from another mother, the WAL.

Not to derail too far but does this mean in terms of aggression WAL > SAL > AUL?
