how big of a tank do Lepidosiren paradoxa need?

you will need atleast a 180...... they get arround 4' if i remember correctly so larger than that will be needed.... at very least a 8'x3' foot print

i thought they get to like 3 feet in captivity.
i would say min.6 by 3 being that they arent the most active fish around.

i'm getting a 6 foot x 20 inch, how long would that last? It will also be living with a clown knifefish, is that ok?

a 6' x 24" would be just fine for the fish, although 20" wide isn't as good...should house the fish for quite some time though, especially if it's only other tankmate is the CK. of course the CK would likely need a wider tank in the future depending on its size--

26"ish. I've never actually seen any for sale in a store, both SALs I own I ordered through work from our suppliers. Anywhere from 20 to 300+ depending on size.
