no, it's a Tilapia fillet, the fish is almost 8-9" in size as of now

Feb 2016, they were 2.5", now they are 7-8", except for one, which is bigger than the others.

Only the Franciscanus and the brasilliensis look similar, chicxulub, has a very detailed sticky in the other characins subforum explaining the difference between the species
