Salt affect on Loaches

I recently added 7 juvie Uaru amp's to my 180 SA tank. I do not have a tank to quarantine. It looks they may a slight case of Ich. I know that they are supposed to have white dots when they are young but the dots seem to be raised and on the fins also. I want to follow the salt and heat treatment recommended in this thread. I have 3 Polka Dot Loaches in the tank. Somewhere in the thread it say's that salt may not be good for Loaches. Does anyone know if this is true or not. Does anyone have pictures of juvie Uaru amp's? I would like to see if they the white spots are like mine do or if it is Ich?

salt works i have used seachems paragaurd many times to treat ich on loaches.. work quick and great...

Over the short term it is fine to treat loaches for ich using a salt treatment. I don't advocate using salt continuously.
