Your tank is 400 gallons? Liters? or something else?

First, what are you treating for?

What is your stock? (since some species are more sensitive than others)

He's in a country where they measure volume by litres.
400 litres = 88 gallons = 106 gallons.
And in their country, 88 gallons is our country's 106 gallons.

So don't worry when some bloke says his car gets 50 mpg, 'cuz it don't in America.

I figured it was liters but its best to ask and know than to assume and be wrong. Im not to familiar with dats, but I believe your stock is not sensitive to salt. When I treat with salt, I usually treat it aggressively and keep up the treatment until the problem is solved. Ive never lost a fish from too much salt or stress from a salt treatment.

There are multiple causes for cloudy eyes. Keep an eye on your other stock and monitor their health too. I would test your water if you have not done so already. What are your levels of nitrate, nitrite, pH etc

Ye levels of nitrate an nitrite are all fine ph was a little low done a few water changes will treat again tomorrow his eyes are slowly gettin better an he ate yesterday which can only be good. Thanks for the help mate.

Yea, I was asking because besides disease, low pH can cause cloudy eyes. Hope its only water quality, that is easy to fix! Good luck and happy fishing!

Hey just an update have kept up with salt an water changes an neither eye seems to be improving and his behaviour is very rash lots of swimming on te spot, all other fish are fine still he was eating but has now stopped any more advice would be helpful. Cheers

Is the only visible condition still the eye? Scrutinize the fish, check everything including the gills. Have you rechecked the water parameters? How old/large is this guy?

Another possibility would be parasites(possibly internal), cataracts, bacteria or another problem, but I would suspect cataracts only if the fish is older but the new behavior wouldnt be explained by this. Parasites or bacteria would probably also infect your other fish. Has this guy always been a good eater, or does he get out-competed alot and only eats a little?

If it isnt your water parameters, the cloudy eyes could be a symptom of a more serious problem that you are not seeing. Without really knowing what is going on, salt and water changes might not be doing anything. Im not familiar with dats, so posting in the datnoid section might help you if they are predisposed to any sort of illness or condition. Hope he starts doing better, GL
