salt treatment for Pleuro tank

My peacock bass in the 220g tank seems to be having white spots. There are 5 channal pleuros with him too, who does not show any spots.
I need to treat the tank with salt.
Can pleuros handle the salt treatment? I know pBass can but have never done that to a tank with pleuros.

Channa have a low salt tolerance , personally I would not treat them with salt or recommend it with Pleuros.

I know others who have used salt to treat channa and they survived, IF you have adult Pleuros in good health there would probably be low risk with salt treatment just be sure it's short term and monitor them closley ! I don't think small Pleuros would survive it though .
