hello ! i was wondring if tsn's and albino channal cats and claris cats can be treated in tank with salt!! my oscar seems to have ick! just don't want to kill them!

I would recommend removing the oscar and treating in a quarantine tank if that is an option. There is an interesting thread on how salt in the water affects a catfish and how they regulate their own internal fluid levels. I use a reduced dosage of salt in my tanks that have cat's, if any at all. At that rate it probably wouldn't treat the ich very well... JMO
yeah remove the oscar to a "hospital tank" if possible. Ich is very easy to cure with salt and warm water (85 plus), but channel cats do NOT like warm water.
