How many of you use salt in the tank? If so, do you use regular sea salt or freshwater salt and at what doses?

I only use it when my Cichlids get a little damaged from fighting. I use the reg. freshwater salt in the reccomended dose.

Have you ever used the sea salt in a less dosage?

Never use salt in my freshwater (thats why they call it freshwater lol) tanks, unless I am treating ICH (then salt + heat).
