is there a fungus in SW that can be pathogenic to people and produce something like athlete's foot?

my finger is dry, itchy, cracked, and painful, just like athlete's foot

i figure the constant submersion in SW would kill actual athlete's foot and was wondering if there was anything in SW to anyone's knowledge that would act the same...

My hands are currently in this state. Although I am a hardcore tennis player and only have FW tanks.

Its actually more common that people think, to suffer adverse reactions to the saltwater in the tanks....Gloves are the best solution....

i'm literally swimming in the water, i just have dive gloves on now, but i imagine i could get a latex/nylon glove and tape the wrist if it gets bad.
it's conditional right? once it's out of the water for a while it'll go back to normal?

it is also recommended that one sleeps at night with there hand/finger in bag balm or vasaline as well...
