Saltwater Barracuda

I saw a few of these guys for sale at my LFS. They were maybe half a foot long. I've looked online but can't find any info about them. My main curiosity is how much room they need. I know they get a few feet in the wild. Anyone know?

A lot of room. When I lived in california, they had some at an aquarium in long beach. The tank it was in along with a sea of other fish was at least 75ft x 75 ft x 50 ft

To me it seems impossible to keep them in a home aquaria.

Ya I seen them in mexico Scuba Diving and there were some over 6 feet. Heres one that I got a pic of!!!

Beautiful fish. I think I respect them too much to keep them in a cage, plus they'd eat all the other fish.

Ya they deserve to be keept in the wild or a huge tank.

someone on here had a 2 foot + Great Barracuda as a pet, thing was a manic killing machine lol.
