ok so i live on cape cod . as such im pretty much surrouded by the ocean . im thinkin about getting a minnow trap and catch me some saltwaterfeeders .
is this a bad idea ? i mostly catch mummichogs and sheepshead killies . figured they would be more nutritional for my lion fish than freshwater feeders .
help a bro out

Parasites. Diseases. Also look for pollutants, particularly (indicator) oils on the surface.
For lions, just breed black mollies in a 20gallon bucket and be done with it. They're brackish and FW tolerant, so can breed in FW and they'll live fine in SW... until the lion finds them.
If worried about nutrition, gut-load: feed/overfeed molly with nice, rich mixed diet immediately prior to feeding to your lion.
