Saltwater Leopoldi and Pearl Ray?

I am conversing with a person in Bali thats says he breeds Rays there and breeds Leopoldi and Pearls for saltwater, he sells here and Aquabid, have any of you head such a thing?

His add on aqaubid say's allentown, Pa. But he say's he's in Bali, Cameroon. Hmmmmm. He has absolutly no feedback there. Hmmmmm, is it a take your money and run?

Yeah sounds funny. I would love to have a leopoldi. I just redid one of my fresh water setups so I could get a couple of rays but I will go with motoro's first cause there cheap.

He is selling a 8" Leo for 650 if no one bids on it plus shipping, but who know this guy. He claims to be renown for doing this. I put up a thread on the freshwater Ray side here to get a little info.
