saltwater tank upgrade stocking

Hey guys yea i know another stocking thread
so this is whats going on ive had a 20gallon nano salltwater tank with only fish and live rock. I have now got a 55 gallon tank open that i would like to transfer the saltwater into. how would i move all thw inhabitants to this tank and livesand/rock. also after i do this when and what should i add as fish like butterflys tangs angels anyhing like that and cuc(cllean up crew)
the 20 gallon is a bit overstocked but has really good filtration it has
1x coral buety angel
1x false percula clown
3x blue green reef chromis
1xcoral banded shrimp
few snails
1x pencil urchin

also how would i turn the 20 into a refugum/sump

i forgot something? oh yea I would like it to be fish only with live rock(fowlr) for now but would like to add some strong corals later on the filtration is a 75 gallon biowheel filter with live rock in it to help with biologigal filtration(it also has the normal carbon filled filter replacements) 2 strong power heads to get the current moving and a protien skinner for between 90-100 gallons of water. I think i got it all now

if you plan on doing FOWLR and later on upgrading the tank to Reef you'll have to be real selective about livestock so when you do convert to corals they won't eat the coral's. I will gather some information for you and send in a day or two.

well a 55g is gonna be a little small for any tang or angel(large) and most butterflys will need a bigger tank as well

I reacon you could add a bit more.

First you should have a 2 -3 in layer of live sand.. I would only recomend 1 tang or 1 angel in the tank.. Tangs get aggresive towards there own kinds or anything that resmebles them. I noticed you didnt mention a protien skimmer... thats a must !!

As for fish I would add
Another clown
More Chromis
Yellow Tang
A mandarin would be nice
A goby
Chococlate chip star fish ** It will eat the snails or any corals **
