Saltwater to Fresh?

I have the chance to buy a 75 gal tank for dirt cheap but it is now being used as a saltwater tank can that be switched to freshwater?

Yeah, simple as taking the saltwater out and putting freshwater in. Might want to give the tank a good cleaning, and you probably don't want to keep the same live rock/sand that was in there before.
