Have you tested your water?
Yes
If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes
If I do not change my water...

I have Salvini Cichlid about 5.5" in length. It's now in a QT tank but normally kept with two oscars, a fire mouth and 3 raphael catfish. It's a 150g tank with plenty of hiding spots.

About a week ago, i noticed that the salvini had clamped fins and it's color was off. I removed it from the tank and placed it in the QT tank and began treating with general cure and erythromycin. I thought it was starting to get better after about three days but now it's getting worse. It's color is almost greyish in nature, it won't eat and just sits in the corner of the tank. Just looking for some insight as to what else I can try.

Parameters are as follows:

ph 7.2
ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrate 25-30 ppm

I know the nitrates are slightly elevated but I have been doing one full gravel vac a week with an additional water change of 25%

Anything else you might be able to help me with would be greathly appreciated

Welcome aboard
I think the fish should be placed and treated in a 0 nitrate environment.

Other than what I consider "way too high nitrate" (these fish come from water with normal 0-5 ppm nitrate concentration),
your water parameters seem OK, although they prefer pH 7.5 - 8.5.
What about average tank temp?
Best water temps are about 78' F (26'C).

Have you been using unquarantined feeders, such as goldfish to rosy red minnows?
