I'm going to get a 75 gallon tank and was wondering what other cichlids can live with them?

Of all these I would choose a cuban or an oscar. Cubans are pretty and less common and oscars are a personality that can't be beat. It is up to you, but these are the fish I would choose. Also, have you considered getting a salvini pair? That would look great!

if you get 5 or 6 small salvinis you would have a good chance at getting a pair.JD,texas,convicts are other possible tankmates
i have a breeding pr of salvinis never see them they hide all the time and will kill everything in the tank with them had to put them by theirselves
You are right salvinis are a very skittish fish, but when you get the right one they are cool. Choose your salvini carefully.
