Thought I'd see if I could get anyone's opinion on this, I have a male and female salvini that are roughly 5 inches in length that I put into a 40 g tank by themselves about a week ago. They have already attempted to breed but the male ended up eating the eggs after kicking the female out of the cave who was fanning them. So I ended up building a larger cave that they could both fit in comfortably but neither of them appear to want to eat. They are very skittish and every time I come to feed they go to the cave and ignore the pellets I attempt to feed them unless one literally drops right in front of them. Is this normal / any suggestions? Currently trying to feed them New Life Spectrum large fish formula.
