Salwater Bait tank set-up?

Hello all,
Just recently got into fishing and now realize that live bait works well.So i decided to set up a saltwaer bait tank.Does any one on this forum know if it's the same maintenance of setting a regular saltwater tank?What filtration do i need.do i need a skimmer?Bait fishes i plan on housing in the tank are Staghorn Sculpins a.k.a Bullheads and Yellowfin Goby's and maybe even jack smelt? Please help me set up this tank.so I need info of salinity level temp etc...Thanks you.

I might try running a search on Yahoo for saltwater bait tank's there may be some cheaper products to run this tank then those for a hobbyist if you can't find anything Private message me and I'll help you out.
