I had one similar alittle while back...somekind of demasoni hybrid? top fins look sort of like a red tops.

It's an afra of some sort. I have the same fish but it was given to me as just afra. They guy forgot what the location was.

Definitely an Afra. Not positive on the location, but it looks a lot like Mbenji photos I have found online. It also looks similar to the Jalo Reef and Chewere as well.
