Same setup+stock ---> Bigger tank

If I'm only upgrading the tank to a much bigger tank while everything else is constant (stock, filtration, etc), would that be a good idea or do I need to upgrade the filtration?
I'll be using the same one that's currently running, the only addition is a wavemaker. Current tank is <200L new one is ~500L

No need to add to your filtration as your bio load is the same. But it's a good idea that you've added the wavemaker to help the movement of water in the bigger set up.
