Samsung 3D HDTV!?

just saw a commercial for this... effing crazy. but you need to have a blue ray 3D player and blue ray 3D dvds (im sure either one of those should come with the glasses.) so who would get one?

nope. i just dropped a grand on a 50" plasma back in november. no point in buying one until they have been around for a while and they are flying off the shelves because it could just fade away like HD DVD.

I would wait... thats cool they did it but I would want to see if it has any issues down the road first and if the come out with a better one based off the first models... then wait untill they go down in price b/c something even better comes out lol.

There's only like a couple 3D channels coming out right now. ESPN is supposed to be first and then Discovery. ESPN is trying to get theirs on air for the World Cup. The glasses are like $150 each.
