I've been there a few times. It's nice, but it's super small. The first two times I went, it was free at the time and now they charge like $12, I think. I think you should go, just to get your own opinion. It was ok, but I don't think I'll be going there again. It's not worth the $12 to me.

its full salt water. and u see ur basic fish. but not to bad imo. i've been a few times, but i think once is more then enough

its ok. It is pretty small. I have been to Monterey, steinhardt in sf and Atlanta so I was expecting allot more. But you should at least check it out for the giant sea bass.

i think the longbeach aqu. is rated as one of the top 10 in the country or something...

birch is nice.. not mindblowing or anything but its nice...

How would Birch Aquarium compared to Pacific Aquarium in Long Beach? Would 3 hours be enough time to spend at this aquarium?

I'm trying to decide between Birch and Sea World since Sea World has a 30" golden Arrowana.:)
No more Golden for years :grinno: Since you're going to spend 2 hours to drive, go straight to Sea World. Otherwise, PM JohnPTC and ask if you can see his 10K tank. Less drive, more fish :naughty: Less gas money, more fish money
