SAND ALL OVER ORNATE!!! Help fast please

I am in the process of changing from gravel to sand right now... My Ornate Polypterus has sand all over him now and as he swims it doesn't fall off... It is very fine play sand. Should I do something or will it not hurt my fish?

It's nothing. My P.E.Endlicheri is usually covered in sand and its not a big deal.
