im sure if u did a search u would find lots, but the shipping would be ridiculous.
are there pool supply stores in UK? if so buy pool filter sand.
if not, go to the hardware store and buy some play sand.
also check at the LFS for Carib sea Tahitian moon sand. i don't have any experience with that stuff but i heard its good!

zooplus sell sand. buy it on the German site and it's cheaper

to be honest we dont have much choice here in the uk.
online delivery is far to expencive because of weight.
argos, B&Q any were like that do kids play sand which is tank safe because its desighned for kids use. its around £4 is a 15kg bag prices and weight vary.
dose your LFS not sell BD trading sand? 25kg bags but there around £15 a bag.
the biggest problem for uk hobbiests is black sand, it cosy a fortune! and most of the time can only be found in 2kg bags so you need to buy loads.

thanks i will go for the play sand at argos they delivery and cheap. my lfs only sell gravel unless i go to pet at home or mainhead aquitces but i will have to carry home and catch the bus and the other probaly is that the shop i know they sell sand are only in small bags about £5,so it ill save me a lot of money. i look online and for fine sand it is £20 for 25kg. thanks again never though about argos.
when you get the sand make sure you wash it extreamly well, the biggest problem with play sand is its very dirty and will cloud your tank really badly.
