Sand.. gravel?

What do the majourity of you use for your FHs tanks?
Sand or gravel?
Would light colored sand be better than the gravel im using?
Im doing some redecorating of tanks and such today so i need opinions.

FH like to play with the gravel. They will pick it up and put it where they want it. I would stick with the gravel. Ultimately you can use whatever you want but they do like toys.

i like sand. and my FH moves it around all the time

some tanks i use sand some tanks i 8use gravel and they like both

I have black sand for my SRT and he loves moving it around just as much as gravel. Light-colored sand is a great cheap option but tends to wash out some fish... But as far as the fish liking one or the other more, they'll move both around.

I use gravel in my FH tank. My girl loves shoveling rocks around.
