Im looking for sand for my new tank but cant seem to find anything anywhere. Im looking for a non buffering, natural looking sand, that doesnt have any silica, or sharp particles in it. Im also looking for something that doesnt cost an arm and a leg (tahitian moon sand is just too expensive and black is ugly imo). can anyone direct me to a website that sells it? thanks in advance

3m color quartz, doesn't effect ph levels.

get the s grade. it's a finer grain and round in shape, no sharp edges. plenty of color selections.

but its made of quartz which is sharp right?

they come in 50lbs bags. buff and a little bit of their brown looks nice and natural. is what i had in my 100g, 10g and 20g

this might seem like a noob question but how much should i buy for my standard sized 180g id like a pretty shallow bed of sand

You can get some at the beach for free...
