Are there any small gobies that can co-exist in subtropical (around 72 degrees) conditions in a native tank. I'm pretty sure that there are a bunch in the great lakes that survive frozen over winters. Just wondering if there would be a good sand-sifting candidate for my sand substrate tank large enough to not get eaten by my redfin pickerel but small enough to not get large and terrorize the tank like some of the tropical species do. I'm thinking a goby that has an adult size no bigger than 6"-8". Plenty of hiding places within the heavily vegetated tank.
Thanks,
Justin
