sand that had chlorine ? is it fine ?

It was the only chemical used in the pool. The guy is selling the sand for free .if I wash the sand from the pool sand filter and the sand for inside the pond will it be fine? Thanks

Or just let it sit out in the sun. CL2 is very volatile.... it breaks down very quickly under UV.

thanks guys didn't know that it was that easy... Am going to do both to be safe. Leave it out in a big oversized bucket in the sand with prime
