Santa came early

I went outside and on the porch was sitting my new fx5. When I opened it up, holy moly, it is big. I read it was about 17" high but never checked the width. I originally bought for my 55 but no way will it fit in the stand. Good thing Im getting a 180 right after Christmas.
I also went to wal mart and bought some blue led christmas lights for $7 and hooked them up. They look fantastic, not too bright and not too dark. I tried to take a pic but it wouldn't show up.
I can't wait until I pick up the 180 next week and get that running.
My fish will be so happy with their new home.

Do you know the width at the widest point of the filter? They state 16 inches wide but is that the widest point? I'm wondering if it's more than 16 inches at the top with the handles.

Or does anyone know if the fx5 is somewhat flexible to allow it to be persuaded into a slightly tighter fit? *Give it that little nudge to fit a 1/4 in. tighter than what it should* It almost looks like it's made out of the same material that rubber made tubs are made out of. That rubber/plastic type material.
