They arrived late last night & had to spend the night at the airport. I got them home this morning & acclimated them- then I went back to work. When I got home they were acting real good & pounded a bunch of guppies. You can tell they came to me in great health IMO.

No. They are 2.5- 3". They just look bigger because they are well fed & bulky. I have gotten other pbass in the past about the same length but much smaller.
Theyre definitely in great shape congrats on getting some of these super rare cichla

They seem to have a gold shimmer all over their body you can't really see in these pics. Definitely different from the Araguaia & Tocantins I have.
