Sardines and croakers advice?

99 Rank in San Diego I just bought these for my Armatus. Been stuffing them with vita-chem and hikari pellets along with earthworms and krill.
My question is are these things healthy to feed a big payara?

I have fed mine Croaker and Sardines stuffed with pellets. Haven't tried mackerel though. Mine has grown to 24" so as long as you stuff them, it should be fine.

be careful with the croakers it has small bones along the belly. I almost lose a dats with those bones, since than I just cut off the belly area instead of dealing with small bones
