I have been an advide fish keeper for many years. I have many aquariums in verious sizes and I have a hand made garden Koi pond out side at my home. I maintain many differant types of tropical fish Discus, Angels, Stingrays, cats and so on. As a hobby I am an inventer, maintaining and doing water changes became a full time job. In the past 7 years I managed to invent a water managment system. This system controls pH and water hardness monitored with TDS on the incoming and out going water. I keep my Discus at a pH of 6.0 and a TDS of 20 ppms, I keep my Angels at a pH of 6.8 and a TDS of 75 ppms and the South African Ciclids at a pH 8.0 and a TDS of 250 to 300 ppms all off one water supply and I do not add chemicals to the water. It's been 7 years and I do not change the water by hand no more. Ammonia rate is 0 ppm, Nitrite level is 0 ppm and Nitrate runs between 3 to 8 ppm at all times water remains clean and clear. This system is patent pending an now awaiting the final patent, waiting to receive the patent papers and numbers the system patented.
I am not trying to sell the system looking for a little insight and to talk to people about the system I will answer aquestion. There is much more I could say about what the system does I just hope we can be freinds and talk a little. Times are changing.
