Some of you may already know but, the walmart brand filter cartridges (Aquatech) fit Marineland HOB filters! I save over $5 on the six-pack vs the marineland brand at <insert large pet chain name here>. Also you can buy the 100% polyester filter fiber for cannisters and what not for $2.47. Its $10 for a smaller bag at me LFS.

I think I've seen those before, really need to start getting them. I only have 1 tank with that kind of filter... but I go through tons of floss.

are you talking about say the rite size C filters b/c thats what i use in my 350B and the cheapest i have seen a six pack in a store was 14$ everybody else wants 20$ for a six pack ..... needless to say i bought the only two packs they had that day for 14$ each.
